Acceptance

By accessing, creating an account or using any FTS Impact Lab feature, users confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Notice published on the platform.

Scope and nature of services

FTS Impact Lab provides tools for direction-setting, assessment, idea generation, programme design, measurement and advisory intake for community, CSR and ESG initiatives. Unless a separate written agreement exists, use of the platform does not create a full consultancy, project implementation or funding agreement between the user and Fly To Sky.

Accounts and security

• Users must provide lawful and reasonably accurate information when registering or submitting forms.
• Users are responsible for protecting passwords, sessions and activity originating from their account.
• Fly To Sky may suspend or restrict accounts showing fraud, attacks, abuse or terms violations.

Input data and user content

Users are responsible for the lawfulness, rights to use and reasonable accuracy of submitted data, documents, images and information. Users must not upload unlawful or infringing content, malware or material intended to disrupt the platform.

Nature and limitations of outputs

Scores, recommendations, SDGs/ESG/GRI/ISO 26000 mappings, programme ideas, indicative timelines/budgets and AI-assisted content are for reference and decision support. They are not ESG certification, formal compliance assurance, legal/financial advice or standalone proof of causal impact. Outputs depend on user inputs and should be validated before implementation.

Intellectual property

FTS Impact Lab branding, Fly To Sky identity, interface, data structures, curated content, tool logic and related intellectual property belong to Fly To Sky or lawful rights holders unless otherwise stated. Users may not materially reproduce, commercialise, redistribute or create derivative products without permission.

Liability and service availability

Fly To Sky makes reasonable efforts to maintain a stable and secure platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Fly To Sky is not responsible for indirect losses arising from sole reliance on automated outputs, inaccurate input data, infrastructure outages, third-party actions or implementation decisions made by users.

Changes, suspension and termination

Fly To Sky may update, modify or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, improvements, security or legal compliance. Accounts may be terminated for material violations or where they create risk to the platform or other users.

Off-platform advisory services

If users continue working with Fly To Sky through consultancy, sponsorship, project implementation or another agreement, that relationship will be governed by separate terms. Where relevant, the separate agreement will prevail for that service.

These terms govern platform use; advisory, partnership or implementation services involving specific fees/resources may require separate contracts, quotations, terms and documentation.
