Does a low score mean a bad project?
No. The score reflects how complete your impact design and management are, based on what you share. Later-stage work is never counted as a failure, and missing information is labelled as such.
Do I need documents?
No. Plans, beneficiary lists, survey data or reports make the result more precise and raise the evidence level.
Is this an ESG/CSR certificate?
No. It is an advisory tool, not an ESG rating, a certification or proof that impact has occurred.
